Thank you for shopping with Jellice. This page explains how we ship your order, when to expect it, and how tracking works.
Where we ship
We currently ship to: United States, Canada, United Kingdom, the European Union (Austria, Belgium, Czechia, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden), Switzerland, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, South Korea, Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia, the United Arab Emirates, and Israel.

Shipping rates
- Free standard shipping on US orders $50 and over.
- Standard shipping under $50 and to international destinations is calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and selected method.
- Expedited shipping is available at checkout where carrier service permits.
Order processing
Most orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding US public holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will start processing the next business day.
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order leaves the fulfillment center.
Estimated delivery times
Once your order has shipped, typical transit times are:
- United States — standard: 3–7 business days
- United States — expedited: 2–3 business days
- Canada: 5–10 business days
- United Kingdom & European Union: 7–14 business days
- Australia, New Zealand, East Asia (JP, KR, HK, SG, MY): 7–14 business days
- Middle East (UAE, IL): 10–18 business days
Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Customs clearance, weather, carrier delays, and remote addresses can extend transit by a few days.
How we ship
Jellice partners with a third-party fulfillment service (Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfillment) to pick, pack, and ship your order from a US-based fulfillment centre. Your order is dispatched via trusted carriers — typically UPS, USPS, FedEx, or DHL — selected based on destination and the shipping method you choose at checkout.
To be clear: we use Amazon’s logistics network behind the scenes, but you are buying from Jellice on jellicecollagen.com. You don’t need an Amazon account, your order will not appear in your Amazon order history, and any questions go directly to our team — not to Amazon.
Tracking your order
Once your order ships, we’ll email you a shipping confirmation with a tracking link. You can also track in real time via the Shop app using the “Track order with Shop” button in your confirmation email.
If you haven’t received a shipping notification within 3 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder, then email us at info@jellicecollagen.com.
Customs, duties & taxes (international orders)
Orders shipped outside the United States may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in your Jellice purchase total and are the responsibility of the recipient.
If a parcel is refused at customs or returned to us due to unpaid duties, we’ll refund the product cost minus any return-shipping fees we incur.
Shipping address & changes
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Once an order has been picked and shipped, we are unable to change the delivery address or shipping method.
If you spot a typo within the first hour of placing your order, email us at info@jellicecollagen.com immediately and we’ll do our best to update it before fulfillment starts. We can’t guarantee changes after that point.
Issues with your delivery
- Delayed package: Allow 2 extra business days past the estimated window for the carrier to update tracking before contacting us.
- “Delivered” but missing: Check with neighbours, building reception, and any safe drop-off areas. If still missing after 1–2 business days, email us within 7 days of the “delivered” scan and we’ll help open a carrier claim.
- Damaged on arrival: Email info@jellicecollagen.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item and the box. We’ll send a replacement or refund right away.
- Wrong item received: Email us with your order number and a photo. We’ll cover the return and ship the correct item.
Returned-to-sender packages
If a package is returned to us because of an undeliverable address, refused delivery, or unclaimed customs, we’ll email you to arrange reshipment (additional shipping cost may apply) or to issue a refund of the product cost minus any return-to-sender fees.
