This Privacy Policy explains how Jellice (“we,” “us,” “our”) collects, uses, and protects your personal information when you visit jellicecollagen.com or buy our products. We’ve written it in plain English so you can actually understand it.

- Order & account details: name, billing address, shipping address, email, phone number (optional).
- Payment details: payment is processed securely by Shopify Payments and the payment provider you choose at checkout (Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, etc.). We do not store your full credit card number on our servers.
- Customer service correspondence: emails you send us and your order history.
- Marketing preferences: if you opt in to our newsletter, we store your email and consent record.
- Reviews: if you leave a product review, the name and review content you submit.
Information collected automatically
- Device & browsing data: IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed, referring site, and timestamps.
- Cookies and similar technologies: small files stored on your device. We use them to keep you signed in, remember your cart, run analytics, and (with your consent) measure marketing performance. You can manage cookie preferences via the cookie banner on our site.
3. How we use your information
- To process and fulfill your order, including handing required address & order data to our fulfillment partner so they can ship your products.

4. Who we share your information with
We don’t sell your personal information. We share it only with the third parties needed to operate our business:
- Shopify, Inc. — our e-commerce platform and payments processor (Shopify Payments).
- Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfillment — our third-party fulfillment partner. We share your name, shipping address, contact email, and order line items so they can pick, pack, and ship your order. Amazon acts as a service provider to Jellice; this is a back-end logistics relationship, and your order is not placed on Amazon.com.
- Shipping carriers (UPS, USPS, FedEx, DHL) — to deliver your order and provide tracking.
- Yotpo — to manage product reviews and review request emails after purchase.
- Email service providers (e.g., Mailchimp / Shopify Email) — to send transactional and marketing emails you’ve opted into.
- Analytics providers (e.g., Shopify analytics, Google Analytics where applicable) — to understand site usage in aggregate.
- Cookie consent management (Avada / our cookie banner provider) — to record your cookie preferences.
- SEO & metadata tools (e.g., TinySEO) — to improve product discoverability via structured data.
- Legal & safety — we may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or to protect our rights, property, or the safety of others.
Each of these processors is contractually required to keep your data confidential and to use it only on our instructions.
5. International transfers
We are based in the United States. If you’re shopping from outside the US (including the European Union, the United Kingdom, or anywhere else we ship), your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, where data-protection laws may differ from those in your country. By placing an order with us, you consent to this transfer. Where required, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or other approved transfer mechanisms.
6. How long we keep your information
We keep order records for as long as is needed to fulfill the order, provide ongoing customer service, comply with tax and accounting laws (typically 7 years in the US), and resolve disputes. Marketing data is kept until you unsubscribe or request deletion.
