Where are you shipping the product from?

Can I change, update my address?

I’ve only received a part of my order. Where is the rest?

It depends on how often you use the product and the amount applied each time. Typically, one product lasts about 1 to 1.5 months with regular use.

Is it alcohol free?

Yes, our cosmetics are alcohol free.

Are there surfactants and preservatives?

Yes, our products contain surfactants and preservatives to ensure safety and quality. However, we do not use parabens or synthetic surfactants. We carefully select ingredients to provide effective and gentle skincare solutions.

What are the raw materials of collagen?

Our collagen is derived from two sources: fish and pork. These materials are carefully selected to ensure high quality and effectiveness.

How should I store it?

Can I store it in the fridge?

Generally speaking, room temperature is fine. However, if you want to use it with the purpose of experiencing little cooling effects, putting the cosmetics in the fridge should not be an issue when it comes to quality. In the case of the cream though, you might find it may not spread as smoothly as storing it at the room temperature.

What's so special about the skin care series?

Our series features uniquely developed Collagen Tripeptide with high skin penetration (to the stratum corneum) and includes niacinamide, tranexamic acid, hyaluronic acid, and CICA for comprehensive skincare.

How much collagen is in the cosmetics?

We do not disclose exact amounts, but as a collagen-focused brand, our products contain plenty, with the serum and cream having the highest concentrations in our lineup.

Is it for a particular gender or age?

Any age and any gender can use the Jellice cosmetics. Please read the precautions before use and do the patch test on your inner arms before fully using on your face.

Can I use it on my scalp?

That won't be an issue. However, just like the usage of skin/face, please do a patch test on your skin that is not easily visible for the first time.

Are Jellice cosmetics organic?

Jellice cosmetics are not organic. However, we prioritize safety and quality by using carefully selected ingredients in all our products.

Where can I buy Jellice products?

Currently, you can purchase Jellice products online only. We do not have a storefront, thus please follow the steps to make a purchase through Amazon marketplace.
