Welcome to Jellice
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of jellicecollagen.com (the “Site”) and any products you purchase from us. By visiting the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
The Site is operated by Jellice (“Jellice,” “we,” “us,” “our”), based in California, United States. Throughout these Terms, “you” means anyone who uses the Site or buys from us.
1. Eligibility
By using the Site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or that you are 13–17 and using the Site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who has agreed to these Terms on your behalf. The Site is not intended for children under 13.
2. About our products
Jellice products are cosmetic skincare for external use only. They are not drugs and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. Statements about our products on the Site describe their cosmetic effects and have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration.
Skin is personal. We strongly recommend a patch test (apply a small amount to your inner forearm and wait 24 hours) before adding any new product to your routine. Discontinue use and consult a healthcare professional if you experience irritation, redness, or any reaction. If you are pregnant, nursing, or under treatment for a medical or skin condition, please speak with your doctor before using new products.
Product images, colours, and packaging are shown as accurately as possible, but small variations may occur due to your screen settings or product batch.
3. Pricing & product availability
All prices are listed in US dollars (USD) unless stated otherwise. Prices, promotions, and product availability may change at any time without notice.
If a product is mispriced or out of stock, we may cancel your order before shipping and refund any payment in full. We will let you know by email if this happens.
4. Orders & acceptance
Submitting an order is an offer to buy from us — it doesn’t form a contract until we accept it by sending you an order confirmation email and shipping the product. We reserve the right to limit, cancel, or refuse any order, including:
- Orders that appear fraudulent.
- Orders that violate these Terms or applicable law.
- Orders we cannot ship to your destination.
- Orders for products listed at a clearly mistaken price.
If we cancel your order, we will refund any payment to your original payment method.
5. Payment
Payment is due in full at checkout. We accept Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, and major credit and debit cards via Shopify Payments. By submitting your payment information, you authorise us (and our payment processor) to charge the amount shown at checkout.
You agree to keep your billing details accurate and up to date. You are responsible for any taxes, duties, or fees that apply to your purchase based on your delivery destination (see our Shipping Policy).

7. Account responsibilities
If you create an account on the Site, you are responsible for:
- Keeping your account credentials secure and confidential.
- All activity that takes place under your account.
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorised use.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms or engage in fraudulent or abusive behaviour.
8. Intellectual property
All content on the Site — the Jellice name and logo, product names, photography, illustrations, copy, code, and design — is owned by or licensed to Jellice and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.
You may view and share Site content for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or use Site content for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.
If you submit reviews, photos, comments, or other content to the Site or our social channels (“User Content”), you grant Jellice a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, display, and reproduce that content in connection with our marketing and operations. You confirm that your User Content is your own and does not infringe anyone else’s rights.
9. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or to violate anyone’s rights.
- Resell or commercially redistribute Jellice products without our written authorisation.
- Submit false or misleading information.
- Upload viruses, malware, or any code designed to disrupt the Site.
- Scrape, mirror, or otherwise extract data from the Site without permission.
- Harass, threaten, or impersonate other users or our team.
10. Third-party services & links
Our Site uses third-party services (Shopify, Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfillment for shipping, Yotpo for reviews, payment processors, shipping carriers, analytics providers, and others described in our Privacy Policy). We aren’t responsible for the practices of those third parties. The Site may also link to other websites we don’t control — please review their terms and privacy policies before using them.
11. Disclaimer of warranties
The Site and our products are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don’t warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any defects will be corrected. Nothing in these Terms limits any non-waivable consumer rights you may have under applicable law.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jellice and its officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Site or our products. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your purchase will not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
Some jurisdictions do not allow these exclusions or limitations, so they may not apply to you in full.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Jellice, its affiliates, and its team from any claims, losses, liabilities, expenses, or costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms, your violation of any law, or your infringement of any third-party right.

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what data we collect and how we use it.
15. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms. If a change is material, we’ll provide additional notice (for example, by email or a prominent notice on the Site).
16. Termination
You may stop using the Site at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if we believe you’ve breached these Terms or engaged in fraudulent or harmful activity. Sections of these Terms that by their nature survive termination — including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification, and governing law — will continue to apply.
17. Governing law & disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. You agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in California, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts. This does not affect any non-waivable rights you have under the laws of your country of residence.
18. Severability & entire agreement
If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining parts will still apply. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Refund Policy, are the entire agreement between you and Jellice and replace any prior agreements about the Site or our products.
